Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused yarn, kits, or craft supplies in their original packaging, ensuring all components and labels are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Clearly write your Return Authorization number on the outside of the box and attach the shipping label to the largest surface of the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
